Have been employed to provide HVACR services for at least 1,875 hours prior to applying to take the examination. An applicant not meeting any of the above qualifications may also apply to the Board to take a Master Restricted examination. To be eligible, the applicant must document at least six (6) years of qualifying HVACR experience and justify, in writing, that the reason the applicant did not file for and obtain a Maryland HVACR license prior to May 1, 1996 was not attributable to fault or neglect on the part of the applicant\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis test consists of 100 questions and you have 240 minutes to complete it.
